Only the data you give us: the name, email, subject and message you send through the contact form, or whatever you include in an email you send us directly.

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools.

3. What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and, if you propose a project, to manage it. We do not send marketing communications.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give when you send the form or write to us. If the enquiry leads to a commission, the basis will be the performance of that contract or of the steps prior to it.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If it leads to a professional relationship, for as long as that lasts and for the periods required by law.

6. Recipients

We do not pass data on to third parties, except where required by law. Messages go through our web hosting and email providers, who only process them to provide that service to us.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or ask us to restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to info@silenciosonoro.es.

If you feel your request has not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This website only uses technical cookies, which it needs in order to work. Under the regulations, they do not require your consent:

• pll_language: remembers the language you view the site in. It lasts one year.
• WordPress cookies (wordpress_ and wp-settings-): only set if you log in to the admin panel.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies.

Some project pages include videos hosted on YouTube. The video does not load until you press the play button. At that point, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies, which are governed by Google’s privacy policy.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

This website links to third-party pages, such as Instagram or the websites of artists and festivals. Each has its own privacy policy.
